Masala Chips Seasoning

Elevate your chips to the next level - A delicious seasoning intended for chips, french fries, wedges and more!
 
How to use: Simply sprinkle seasoning over cooked chips or fries with a little vinegar. For ultimate masala chips, add a few teaspoon's of the seasoning to some oil in a pan, add a chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of ginger paste and a couple of tablespoons of water. Toss in the cooked chips or fries into the mix. Garnish your masala chips with thinly sliced chillies, spring onions and coriander leaves.
