A North Indian traditional based curry with garam masala and fresh coriander.


This warming, tomato-based, north Indian inspired dish is a homemade and traditional staple in most Panjabi households. Enjoy our signature base recipe that uses traditional spices, including coriander, cardamom and turmeric with fresh ginger, fresh garlic and coriander leaves. Perfect with almost any vegetable or meat curry.

tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic cloves, green chillies, pack 1 (whole spices), pack 2 (mixed spices), pack 3 coriander (dried)


You will also require

Vegetable oil or sunflower oil


Lidded non-stick pan

Add your own choice of meat or vegetables - our favourites are below**

meat: chicken or lamb (300g - 400g)

vegetarian: paneer (200g) and/or

vegan: 2 medium-sized potatoes and/or a can of chickpeas or 1 aubergine, tofu (200g)
