Ingredients

1 can chickpeas mashed - 1 cup potatoes boiled and mashed - 1 tablespoon green chilies finely chopped - 1 tablespoon ginger grated - 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped - 1 tablespoon lime juice - 1 tsp chili powder - 2 cloves garlic grated - 3 tablespoon olive oil - salt to taste - 1 tsp garam masala

Preparation

  1. Boil your potatoes

  2. Mash the potatoes and canned chickpeas and combine with salt, chili powder, garam masala, green chilies, garlic, ginger, lime juice and chopped coriander leaves.

  3. Form 4 inch size flat burgers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side using oil on a flat pan

  4. Store in an airtight container once cooled for 2 days
